Auntie. Ìyá Ifágbàmi. Elégbé.

God 1st always. Love, honor and respect to the spirits. And the work is the work.

My practice is based in African traditions, ancestral and lineage-based wisdom, Hoodoo, and universal spiritual principles. I don't limit my understanding of spirituality to what's comfortable, pretty, or wrapped in light.

TRUTH Spirituality is about getting to the truth of the matters of life and lineage.  Sometimes that requires spiritual intervention. Sometimes it's discipline, discernment, or accountability. And sometimes it's all of the above.

The work is serious. So is the responsibility that comes with it.

Welcome to TRUTH Spirituality.
